    Detecting Elderly Fraud Abuse

    Elderly fraud is an act targeting older adults in which attempts are made to deceive with promises of goods, services or financial benefits that do not exist, were never intended to be provided or were misrepresented. Financial exploitation is the illegal or improper use of an older adult's funds or property. Join the Treasurer's Office of Financial Empowerment and Wells Fargo at Kingdom House to learn how to detect elderly fraud, promote awareness and implement a strategic approach to prevent these crimes against seniors. A light meal will be provided.

    Becoming a Homeowner

    Wills and Estate Planning

    Effective estate management includes organizing your affairs during your lifetime and controlling the distribution of your wealth after death. Join the Treasurer's Office of Financial Empowerment, Royal Bank and Foundation for Financial Education to learn how you can use estate planning to manage your health care wishes, even if your unable to communicate them, designate a financial representative and much more. Participation for this class is limited to employees of the St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
